How do we communicate during a project?
By email, phone and video calls, whichever you prefer. You’ll get updates at every milestone and can view progress on the staging site at any time.
What time zone do you work in?
Pacific Time (Vancouver). I regularly work with clients in Eastern Time, Europe and Australia and schedule calls to suit.
Do you require a deposit?
Projects are split into milestones, usually starting with a deposit. Details are in each written proposal.
What happens after launch?
You get training and a post-launch check period. After that, you can manage the site yourself or choose a monthly care plan.
